Shana Gonzales, NRD's COO, was selected as a panelist at the Popeyes Women's Leadership Forum at this year's Popeye's International Franchise Conference.  Shana shared her insight and experience on building high-performing teams and the challenges facing women leaders.  She also discussed retention strategies and how women could develop their own skills as well as the skills of their direct reports.  Way to go, Shana!
